Betty Kay Durant
Betty Kay Durant, 74, of Quincy, passed away at Harborview Medical Center in Seattle on July 1, 2010, as the result of a car accident on the Yakima River Canyon Road on June 17.
A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, July 8, 2010, at Quincy First Presbyterian Church, 715 N. Central Ave., with private inurnment at Terrace Heights Memorial Park in Yakima at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to Quincy First Presbyterian Church, Habitat for Humanity, or a charity of donor’s choice. American Memorial Funeral Directors, Seattle, is in charge of arrangements. A full obituary will appear in this week's Quincy Valley Post-Register.
