Cave B Inn, restaurant and spa have new owners

A prominent property and collection of businesses perched above the Columbia River near Quincy was sold on July 28.
Cave B Inn LLC said in a press release that it is excited to announce that Vince and Carol Bryan, the founders and owners of Cave B Inn (also known as Cave B Resort), sold their ownership interest in Cave B Inn to Michael and Helen Yi, who will be doing business as Cave B Inn and Spa Resort.
The sale includes Tendrils Restaurant, the Cliffehouses, Cavern rooms, Yurts, and Spa operations, constituting approximately 32 acres.
Carol Bryan said in a press release, “The sale of the inn, restaurant and spa will allow us to continue our focus and commitment on farming premium vineyards, creating award-winning wines from our estate grapes while also spending more time traveling and spending quality time with our family and friends, activities which we are looking forward to with great anticipation.”
Vince Bryan said in the release, “Please join us in welcoming Michael and Helen Yi to our incredible Quincy Valley. We are excited for the future of Cave B Inn and Spa Resort.”
The Bryans retain their full interest in the adjacent Cave B Estate Winery, Cave B Vineyards and Cave B Summer Music Theater, as well as 400-plus acres of developable properties, according to the release. In 2016, construction was begun on the developable properties, which will include 44 condominium units. The first five units are nearing completion, with another nine units expected to be completed before the end of 2017. None of these units are included in the inn sale and will be continued to be sold unit by unit by the Bryans via George Washington Realty, with the continued possibility for individual owners to make their units available to the inn’s rental pool.
