Dolores “Lola” Reyes

Dolores “Lola” G. Reyes, 84, born on Jan. 5, 1930, went to meet the Lord on Nov. 19, 2014, at Central Washington Hospital.

She met and married her husband in 1948, and they were happily married for 66 years.

She is survived by her husband, Carlos Reyes Sr.; her son, Carlos Reyes Jr. (Debbie); her daughters, Lupe Arizmendi, Sylvia Teters (Pat), Irma Reyes and Evelyn Brown; her sister, Rebecca Reyes; and her brothers, Jose Juan Garcia, Roberto Garcia and Ruben Garcia.

She was blessed with 17 grandchildren and 31 great-grandchildren.

Lola worked at Lamb Weston and retired in 1988 to spend time with her grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Juan and Natalia Garcia; her son, Hector Reyes; her daughter, Margie Longoria; her brother, Jesus Garza; and her sisters, Maria Isabel Munoz and Alicia Garces.

Holy rosary will be recited at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 24, 2014, at St. Pius X Catholic Church. A Mass of the Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 25, 2014 at St. Pius X Catholic Church. Concluding services and internment will follow in the Quincy Valley Cemetery.

At the family’s request there will be no viewing.
