Major fires strike Quincy area

Fire crews from Quincy, Ephrata and Douglas County battle a blaze in a two-story four-plex at the Birch Street Apartments in Quincy on Sunday, June 15. The ladder truck came from Ephrata and doused the flames before the building was totally destroyed.
