Juan Ybarra Sr.

obit, Juan Ybarra Sr PictureJuan Ybarra Sr., a longtime resident of Quincy, passed away peacefully on Feb. 19, 2016, surrounded by his family.
Juan served in the Korean War and was a devoted member of St. Pius X Catholic Church.
He is survived by his wife, AltaGracia Ybarra; children, Juan (Geneva) Ybarra, Idolina (Leopoldo) Lopez, Daniel Ybarra and Elena Ybarra; nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his siblings, Atanacio Ybarra, Francisco Ybarra, Amalia Ross, Jose Alberto Ybarra, Ruben Ybarra and Gloria Diaz.
Juan was preceded in death by a daughter, Esmeralda, and a son, Enrique, and three brothers, Jose, Pedro and Phillip Ybarra.
Mass of the Christian Burial was held on Tuesday, Feb. 23, 2016, with concluding services at the Quincy Valley Cemetery.
