The Quincy School District Board of Directors unanimously approved a contract for Superintendent John Boyd that extends through June 2018.
The contract calls for a salary of $141,910 annually, plus a $550 monthly stipend for driving his automobile to district events. Boyd also will get a $100 per month stipend for cell phone service related to district business, and up to $7,000 to assist with tuition and travel costs as he completes a Washington State Superintendent Certification program.
