Easter egg hunts will bring out families
Children looking for their chocolate fix will have at least three chances to have an egg-cellent weekend.
The George Community Hall will host an Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, April 20, at the George Community Park at 9 a.m. People stopping by are advised to bring an Easter bag or basket and dress warmly. The Quincy Moose Lodge chapter will host an Easter egg hunt on Saturday, at 10 a.m. on the dot, at East Park, on F Street SE. The egg hunt will welcome children up to fourth-grade age. For more information on the Moose Lodge-sponsored egg hunt, call Robbi Sundberg at 509-398-1307.
And, The Cambridge Assisted Living and Cottages will host another Easter egg hunt in Quincy, at 301 H. St. SW, at 2 p.m., Saturday, April 20, and it’s open to the community. All that is required is for people to bring in a bag or a basket for the egg hunt. Children are not required to be with an adult. Residents of The Cambridge will be participating in the hunt.
