Once again the Jacks fell behind.  This time Ephrata (10-1) jumped out to a 17-9 lead.  But Quincy was able to chip away at the lead and pulled with in four points midway through the fourth quarter.  The score was 33-29 with just under four minutes to play.
The Quincy defense limited the top team in the CWAC to 40 points, but were unable to knock down the shots they needed to make up the four point difference.
Quincy was led by Flores with 17 points.  The senior made a trio of three-pointers and shot all four of Quincy’s free throws.
